Northern Aesthetics — Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

- Notice requirement
- Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time.
- Late cancellations & no-shows
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and all no-shows will be charged a $50 fee.
- How to cancel or reschedule
- Cancellations or changes must be made by phone at 231.487.6380. Voicemails and texts are accepted if they clearly state client name, appointment date/time, and request.
- Payment and collection
- The $50 fee will be charged to the card on file or billed to the client. If payment on file is not available, the fee must be paid before booking future appointments.
- Exceptions
- Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Documentation may be requested for repeated exceptions.
- Recurring appointments and packages
- Clients who miss or cancel late for recurring appointments may still be charged the $50 fee. Package/session credits will be handled according to the specific package terms; a $50 fee may apply as above.
- Late arrival
- If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Late arrival that causes cancellation may be treated as a late cancellation and incur the $50 fee.
- Consent
- Scheduling an appointment constitutes acceptance of this Cancellation & No‑Show Policy.
